Daniela Baumann is Director of Exhibitions and Collections for The Walther Collection in Neu-Ulm, Germany. She has organized and curated the photography exhibitions Otl Aicher: Photographs (2015); Albrecht Tübke: Portraits (2016); Recent Acquisitions (2016); and Recent Histories: Contemporary African Photography and Video Art (2017). Prior to joining the collection full time in 2015, Baumann taught the history of media and design at the Schwäbisch Gmünd Design School, and was Assistant Exhibition Manager and Curator at the HfG Archive Ulm, where she co-curated Ulm School of Design—From the Zero Hour to 1968 (2013) and Otl Aicher: The Rainbow Games. The Design of the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich (2012).
